"These shoes are beautiful and well made. They look much more sleek and stylish than many other similar styles from other brands. They seem pretty comfortable, though I have only tried them on around the house so far. My only critique is that the tongue feels too long and is quite stiff, and is pushing against my ankle bone constantly (hence the 4 stars vs. 5). Hoping the tongue will soften up since it's leather as I really want to keep them!"
"I placed my first time order for a pair of Hera low top trainers. I followed the measurement guide but the trainers were one size too big. I loved the look and feel of them so immediately ordered another smaller pair and paid for them. Stupidly i didn't follow the Returns Guide which would have managed the replacement for me, as a result I paid for 2 pairs of shoes. A quick call to Tsholo in customer servce and everything was sorted for me. Tsholo was amazing helpful and kind. I'll definitely be using the company again."
