- Orders placed before 2pm UK time will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2pm will be shipped the next working day.
- We offer easy exchanges and returns on all shoes.
- Orders placed between 30th October and 31st December 2025 can be returned until 31st January 2026.
- We do not accept returns on accessories.
