The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer (hereinafter referred to as ”you”) with SANS MATIN LTD, hereinafter referred to as “SANS MATIN”, ”us ” or ”we”, at the SANS MATIN desktop website and mobile website.

The inclusion of any products or services on sansmatin.com at a particular time does not imply or warrant that these products or services will be available at any time. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time without prior notice to you. The version of the Terms & Conditions that will apply to your order will be those on sansmatin.com at the time you place your order.
SANS MATIN want to provide the best possible online experience. To make this possible we need to ensure that our services runs smoothly. You understand and agree not to (i) post, transmit, redistribute, upload, or promote any communications or content that could harm or negatively impact our business, products or services; (ii) act in a manner or employ any device that restricts, impairs, interferes or inhibits any other user from using or enjoying the sansmatin.com site, or which impacts the security of the site, or (iii) employ any device or attempt to use any engine, software, tool, agent, script or other device or mechanism (including without limitation spiders, bots, crawlers, avatars or intelligent agents) to navigate or search the site, or to copy content from the site. We reserve the right to immediately bar access to the site and close the account of any user who violates this provision or any other provision in these Terms and Conditions.
Prices and delivery charges:
From time to time, prices are subject to change in response to currency exchange rate changes, markdowns and other commercial factors. Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of re-confirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.
Ordering/conclusion of contract:
The ordering options available are solely via sansmatin.co.uk.
Once you have placed your order, if you have supplied us with your email address, you will receive an email confirmation. If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order, we will let you know at our earliest convenience. If we have already received payment for such order, we will refund the applicable amount using the same method used to make the payment. If, for any reason, alternative arrangements are necessary we will notify you via email to settle the refund.
SANS MATIN take great care in accepting and processing orders and will do our utmost to deliver your order in accordance with your selected delivery option.
SANS MATIN attempts to dispatch orders in the fastest possible time and in the order in which they are placed. Though we aim to deliver within the communicated time frame, delivery may take longer due to unexpected events. We work closely with our shipping partners to minimise the potential impact of custom delays on our international customers
Before you place your order, you will be informed of the expected delivery details. Once you have placed your order you will receive an email confirmation with your expected delivery details.
Orders are fulfilled Monday-Friday until 5pm. Please note Saturday and Sunday are not classed as working days.
A signature may be requested on delivery. If you are not available to accept your parcel, the carrier may leave it with a neighbour if they think it is safe to do so. A calling card will be posted through your door to let you know this has been done. If the parcel can't be left with a neighbour, the courier will take it back to the local depot and leave you a calling card telling you how you can pick it up or arrange re-delivery.
Our distribution centre does not dispatch orders on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays.
Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time, we cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. We will do our best to inform you of any unexpected delay.
We are unable to change your delivery address once an order has been dispatched.
Please allow an extra working day for deliveries over UK Bank Holidays.
All orders are shipped from the UK.
Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has
reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges. If you have any queries regarding customs charges, you are advised to contact your local customs office.
If your order does not arrive by the scheduled date, please contact SANS MATIN Customer Assistance via email or our contact form, which can be found at www.sansmatin.co.uk.
Withdrawal of order:
Once an order has been successfully placed, SANS MATIN cannot issue changes or cancellations on this order. Once you have received your unwanted order, please return this back to our warehouse in accordance with section 7 (Returns) for a full refund.
All return policies only apply to SANS MATIN footwear - all accessories are not subject to free returns. You have the right to return your order for any reason from the date you receive your order until 30 days post receival date. If you have been charged for the items, you will receive a refund once the products are received at our warehouse (please allow up to 10 working days for the processing of your return(s)). If you have requested for an exchange, we will process your return (please allow up to 10 working days) and replacement(s) will be re-shipped to you free of charge as soon as possible. Should you choose to keep certain items and only partially return your order, the cost will not be refunded. Any returned item(s) must be returned in the shipping box that was used to deliver the item(s). If you return the item(s) using another shipping box, we will be unable to track the location and ID of the returned goods and so will be unable to refund your order.
A refund can only be sent to the original payment method. If you no longer have access to that payment method, then you will need to contact the bank or agency for the original payment method to claim the funds after the refund is sent.
Before returning your item(s), please ensure you have filled out the returns form received with your order to ensure that the return can be processed. Failure to do so may result in the refund not being able to be processed as we will not be able to track who has returned the item(s).
Once your returned item(s) has arrived at our warehouse, we ask for up to 10 working days to allow the return to be processed.
For UK deliveries: If you wish to return your order, please follow the returns procedure through the Shipping and Returns page on our website. You will then receive further instructions on your return as well as a pre-paid return label. In order to qualify for a return please return all products in new condition. Your shoes must be returned in the new condition you received them, with original packaged contents (shoes, insoles, shoebox, laces, shoe bags, tissue paper, care card, etc). Try them on indoors. Your shoes should be tried on indoors on a clean surface. Shoes received in a condition with excess wear or damage may not qualify for a return or exchange. They must be returned within 30 days of the shipment date.
Any items purchased over our Black Friday Sales period are not eligible for free returns. All Black Friday returns seeking refunds will be refunded 100% of their purchase minus a shipping and handling fee of £5.00. Items at any discounted price can be exchanged, or refunded. If returning a pair of shoes bought in the Black Friday sales period, please return the shoes as normal through our returns portal here. The Accessories cannot be returned.
For international and European deliveries outside of the UK: If you wish to return your order, please follow the returns procedure through the Shipping and Returns page on our website. You will then receive further instructions on your return, however we. Do not offer pre-paid returns labels for international orders. SANS MATIN guarantees a refund for any returned item(s), provided that all item(s) are returned in the same condition they were in upon your receipt. This means the item(s) should not have been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (you may try the item(s) on indoors) and that any labels or tags should be intact.
We will provide a refund attempting to use the same method used to make the payment (or, if the item(s) have not yet been paid for, reflect the return of the items in your account balance) as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days of receiving your returned goods to our warehouse.
If the item(s) you have received is defective, please notify SANS MATIN promptly at email@example.com and return the item(s) in the same way as stated above. SANS MATIN will, for any product(s) deemed defective, provide a full refund. The provisions set forth herein do not limit any applicable statutory rights.
In the event of an error in connection with any product(s) or services displayed through sansmatin.com (including typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, and availability), SANS MATIN reserves the right to cancel any order prior to the time it is delivered to you.
You can only pay for Products using a debit card, credit card, Klarna, PayPal, Apple Pay, Shopify Pay, Google Pay or gift vouchers. We accept the following: Mastercard and Visa credit cards, Visa, Maestro, Delta, Solo or Electron debit cards, American Express charge cards and you can also use PayPal.
Delivery costs will be charged in addition to the price payable for Products delivered outside of Europe. Delivery costs are clearly displayed where applicable and will be advised to you during the check-out process before you confirm your Order.

- Financing: With the financing service from Klarna you can pay your purchase in flexible or fixed monthly instalments according to the conditions stated in the checkout. - Card Payments: Available in Sweden, Germany and Austria. The amount will be reserved on your card and will be debited after shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service. In case of a subscription the amount will be debited in accordance with the timelines communicated.
The payment methods Pay in 14 days, Slice It and direct debit are only available in case of a positive credit assessment. For this purpose, during the order process and handling of your purchase, we forward your data for an address and credit check to Klarna. Nothing in these Terms & Condition shall exclude or limit SANS MATIN’s liability with regard to any matter for which it would be unlawful for us to limit or exclude our liability.
We do not seek to exclude liability for fraudulent misrepresentation by us or our employees or agents. If we breach these Terms & Conditions, we shall only be liable for losses which are a reasonably foreseeable consequence of such breach.
SANS MATIN is not responsible for indirect losses which are a side effect of the main loss or damage, for example loss of profits or loss of opportunity; or for failure to deliver the goods or to meet any of our other obligations under these Terms & Conditions where such failure is due to an event that is beyond our reasonable control, which includes but is not limited to fire, flood, storm, riot, civil disturbance, war, nuclear accident and terrorist activity.
Our maximum liability to you for any loss or damage arising in connection with your order on sansmatin.com shall be limited to the total price of your order.
If there are defects in the goods you have purchased, SANS MATIN abides by all statutory guarantee regulations. If you have a complaint regarding obvious material or manufacturing faults in goods that we have supplied, including damage incurred in transit, please let us know by returning the goods to us without delay by using the provided pre-printed return form in the UK and Europe and we will refund the shipping costs for returned goods of this nature for deliveries outside Europe as well.
SANS MATIN reserves the right to assign or pledge to third parties any claims for payment which have arisen in connection with the delivery of goods.
If any part of these Terms & Conditions is disallowed or found to be ineffective by any court or regulator, the other Terms shall continue to apply.

All intellectual property rights, such as trademarks and copyrights at sansmatin.com remain with SANS MATIN Ltd and its subsidiaries or licensors. Any use of sansmatin.com or its contents, including copying or storing such content in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without the permission of SANS MATIN.
