We offer free shipping and returns on all orders. For refunds only, a discretionary £2.50 handling and processing fee will be subtracted from the total refundable amount.

Can I edit/cancel my order after it has been placed?
Unfortunately, we cannot modify orders once they are placed. We will only ship to the address provided at checkout.

Free exchanges and returns on all, undamaged/new condition shoes (all accessories are not subject to free returns) within 30 days* of the shipment date.
* For orders placed between November 1st and January 31st we offer an extended 60-day return window.
*If you bought your shoes via pre-order, your 30-day returns window is from the date the shoes are shipped to you and not from the date of the order.
In order to qualify for a return:
- Return in new condition - Your shoes must be returned in the new condition you received them, with original packaged contents (shoes, insoles, shoebox, laces, shoe bags, tissue paper, care card, etc)
- Try them on indoors - Your SMs should be tried on indoors on a clean surface. Shoes received in a condition with excess wear or damage may not qualify for a return or exchange.
- They must be returned within 30 days of the shipment date.
- Any items purchased at any discounted price are eligible for an exchange or refund.
- The Accessories cannot be returned.
- Once your return has arrived at the warehouse we ask for up to 14 working days for the return to be processed.

But what makes ours so comfortable are our bespoke 60% natural tree rubber outsole (sustainable and very soft underfoot) and our triple-layered footbed which acts like a memory foam mattress to make sure every step you take is like walking on clouds.
Every pair comes wrapped in our 100% recycled, biodegradable and recyclable packaging. The shoes are wrapped in our bespoke branded tissue paper and placed into our signature dark green box with SANS MATIN logo and finishing. You will also receive a biodegradable booklet with further information about who we are, what goes into our fantastic shoes, and how to care for your SM products. The basis of design for these sneakers was inspired by the current trend of designers and artists writing on and graffitiing their own clothing (typically denim products). Our premium eco shoe protection and cleaning kit is made to look after and bring your shoes back to their best. The kits are also made from eco-friendly natural and recyclable materials. Elevate your footwear with our fantastic protection and cleaning kit.
Protect your favourite footwear items from rain, stains and spills with our premium eco-protector. The long-lasting spray creates an invisible barrier on fabric which repels liquids, mud, dirt and spills, as well as preventing stains from water, alcohol and oils.

To protect, simply spray the eco-protector all over the desired areas of the shoe from around 15cm away. Then leave to dry for up to 30 minutes before wear.
CLEAN:
Our premium shoe Eco-Cleaner conditions and cleans, removing stains and soiling from all types of fabric and textiles.
- Uses a 100% natural cleaning solution
- A strong concentration of cleaning enzymes work deep into fibres of the fabric, attacking deep set dirt particles and drawing them to the surface
- The cleaner will leave your items stain free and restore their natural look and feel

To bring your shoes back to their best with our premium eco-cleaning kit, shake the bottle before use. Then mix a few drops of concentrate with water in a bowl and apply the mixture to the desired areas of the shoe. Use the eco-brush or cloth to ensure the liquid is rubbed deeply into the shoe fibres. Remove any excess liquid and then leave to dry. Repeat if required.
N.B. don't worry if the shoe looks very wet after applying the cleaner, it will dry and pull all the dirt/stains out of the shoe.

Our premium eco shoe protection and cleaning kit is made to look after and bring your shoes back to their best. The kits are also made from eco-friendly natural and recyclable materials. Elevate your footwear with our fantastic protection and cleaning kit.
Protect your favourite footwear items from rain, stains and spills with our premium eco-protector. The long-lasting spray creates an invisible barrier on fabric which repels liquids, mud, dirt and spills, as well as preventing stains from water, alcohol and oils.

To protect, simply spray the eco-protector all over the desired areas of the shoe from around 15cm away. Then leave to dry for up to 30 minutes before wear.

Our premium shoe Eco-Cleaner conditions and cleans, removing stains and soiling from all types of fabric and textiles.

To bring your shoes back to their best with our premium eco-cleaning kit, shake the bottle before use. Then mix a few drops of concentrate with water in a bowl and apply the mixture to the desired areas of the shoe. Use the eco-brush or cloth to ensure the liquid is rubbed deeply into the shoe fibres. Remove any excess liquid and then leave to dry. Repeat if required.
N.B. don't worry if the shoe looks very wet after applying the cleaner, it will dry and pull all the dirt/stains out of the shoe.

But what makes ours so comfortable are our bespoke 60% natural tree rubber outsole (sustainable and very soft underfoot) and our triple-layered footbed which acts like a memory foam mattress to make sure every step you take is like walking on clouds.
Every pair comes wrapped in our 100% recycled, biodegradable and recyclable packaging. The shoes are wrapped in our bespoke branded tissue paper and placed into our signature dark green box with SANS MATIN logo and finishing. You will also receive a biodegradable booklet with further information about who we are, what goes into our fantastic shoes, and how to care for your SM products. Last but not least, you will also receive our bespoke, beautiful, SM embossed shoe bag made from PET (recycled plastic bottles) and recycled cotton.
