We know it’s a busy time of year... so there's no rush. Any orders placed between 30th October and 31st December 2025 can be returned until 31st January 2026.
We offer exchanges or returns on Sans Matin shoes from the date your order is delivered (not the date you placed your order). Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all labels & packaging intact.
You can exchange your item(s) for the same item(s) in another size at no extra cost.
You can also exchange your item(s) for another item and pay the price difference, or receive a refund for the difference in the form of a gift card, store credit, or back to the original method of payment.
You can also return your item(s) for a refund in the form of a gift card, store credit, or back to the original method of payment.
Please note that we do not offer returns on accessories (cleaning kits, laces, baseball caps).

If the selected size of your shoe is available for pre-order, the ‘Add To Cart’ button will change to say ‘Pre Order’. The expected shipment date will also be displayed below the cart button. You will also have a 10% discount automatically applied to your order as it is a pre-order.
Get your pair before they sell out!
Sold Out:
If the selected size of your shoe is out-of-stock the ‘Add To Cart’ button will change to say ‘Notify me when in stock’. Simply click that button, sign up, and you’ll be the first to be notified when the shoes come back in stock.
Please note that some of our shoes are only released in limited stock and won’t be restocked.

If your new shoes are made with suede or nubuck leather, we recommend protecting them from water damage and stains by using our eco-protector kits.
For cleaning, our outsoles and grain leathers can be cleaned with a damp cloth and brush. Please do not apply any chemicals to the leathers, suedes or nubucks as it may cause irreversible damage.
To clean and revive suedes & nubucks & grain leathers, use our eco-cleaning kits and bring your SMs back to their best!

All our products are subject to quality control and our warranty provides a guarantee against manufacturer defects.
The guarantee covers any manufacturing, design, or material defect. Please notify us within 2 months of noticing any defects. It does not cover blows, improper use, or other issues that are not attributable to a manufacturer defects. -
