What is the SM Loyalty Programme?

The SM Loyalty Programme is our exclusive loyalty and rewards initiative, designed to express our gratitude. Earn points for various activities like referrals and purchases, and redeem them for exciting discounts on your orders. The more points you accumulate, the more you save.

Who can join?

Anyone with an account is automatically enrolled in our Loyalty Programme.

How do I earn points?

You can earn points for a variety of activities, such as referring friends, making purchases, and following us on social media. Check out the Earn Points tab in the menu for the full list of ways to earn points.

How do I view my point balance?

Your points balance is displayed on the header of the loyalty page when you are logged in.

How do I redeem my points?

Navigate to the Redeem Points tab to discover and redeem available rewards based on your earned points.

Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?

No limits! Accumulate as many points as you can to maximize your savings.

Is there a limit to the number of people I can refer?

Refer as many people as you like and earn 1,250 points for each successful referral. Your referred friends also enjoy a 20% discount on their first order.

What do the 'approved,' 'pending,' and 'cancelled' statuses mean?

Approved points can be redeemed immediately.

Pending points need to be verified before you can redeem them. This typically applies after purchases and referrals.

Cancelled points won't be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase (the points will change from pending to cancelled).

What happens if a friend I refer cancels or returns their order?

Your pending points for that referral will be cancelled and deducted from your account.

Why did my account balance go down?

Your account balance decreased due to a cancelled or returned purchase by you or someone you referred.

I completed an activity but didn't earn points!

It can sometimes take us a few minutes to process your activity and credit your points. If you have further questions, contact our customer service team.

Can I use my points during checkout?

Points cannot be used directly during checkout. Please redeem them for a voucher, which can then be applied at checkout.

How do I leave the program?

If you no longer wish to earn points, contact us through the contact page to be unenrolled. Note that accrued points will be forfeited.

What happens if I leave and decide to join again?

If you wish to rejoin, contact us through the contact page and we will re-enrol you, however, your points total will restart from zero.
